Processing time is typically 1 - 3 business days for Switzerland and 1 - 5 business days for Europe.

Switzerland: CHF 12 | Free shipping on orders over CHF 250.
Europe: CHF 14 | Free shipping on orders over CHF 250.

Returns

As most items are curated vintage or limited selections, returns are only accepted in case of defect or error.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at atelier@zealofizaia.com for any return requests.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
